Any approval is contingent on the change being completed in a timely, professional and workmanlike manner and as described and shown within this application, unless otherwise amended and approved by the ARB;
Any approval is contingent upon my obtaining the required permits, permissions or approvals from Loudoun County and any changes must comply with Loundoun County ordinance;
Any damage to adjacent properties or common areas, or injury to third persons as a result of the proposed change is my responsibility.
