Please find attached the Powerpoint presentation from the annual HOA and election meeting.  We're pleased to announce that Sallie Hyman was elected unanimously as the new Director replacing Mike Kilrain who stepped down as his term expired. 
 
We'd all like to sincerely thank Mike Kilrain for his leadership and dedication these past three years as Director and President of the Association and spending countless hours of his own time serving the needs of others.  Mike was a big part in standing up the HOA and establishing an approach to governing the HOA that makes this community a pleasant place to live.  Thank you Mike!
 
New Officers will be elected at the Directors Meeting on November 7, 2008 and we will forward the minutes of the Annual meeting after they are approved at the afore-mentioned Director's meeting.
